- 1. In a skillet over medium high heat, add the sausage and the peppers to the skillet, Cook thoroughly2. Lower the temperature to low medium and add in Italian seasoning and minced garlic saute for 30 seconds3. Add in the white cooking wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half4. Pour in the tomatoes with the juice from the can5. Add in the dried Basil, salt and pepper6. Gently stir in the cooked noodles and stir to combine7. Continue to heat until the dish is heated through8. Top with the chopped Parsley and Parmesan Cheese
Notes
What should I serve as a side dish?
A green side salad would even out the heaviness from the pasta. However, adding any steamed or roasted vegetable such as broccoli is an excellent choice.
