- 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions2. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the Olive Oil, then crumble and cook the ground beef3. Drain the excess grease from the skillet4. Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic to the meat and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally5. Add in the Basil, oregano, salt and pepper, parsley and Worcestershire Sauce6. Stir to combine7. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes8. Add in the tomatoes with the juice9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes10. Add the drained pasta and stir to coat11. Cover and cook for 3 minutes
