- 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions
2. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the Olive Oil, then crumble and cook the ground beef
3. Drain the excess grease from the skillet
4. Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic to the meat and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
5. Add in the Basil, oregano, salt and pepper, parsley and Worcestershire Sauce
6. Stir to combine
7. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
8. Add in the tomatoes with the juice
9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
10. Add the drained pasta and stir to coat
11. Cover and cook for 3 minutes
