- 1. In a large skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef
2. Drain the excess grease
3. Add the Beef Broth
4. Then add the corn, carrots, celery, onions, diced tomatoes, Spices ketchup, tomato sauce and the Beef Broth
5. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let the soup cook for 1 ½ hour to 2 hours.
Notes
Could I make this in my Crock pot?
Definitely, all that you would need to do is to brown the meat prior to placing it in the crock pot. The soup is normally cooked on a higher temperature, however, it can be set on low heat to cook all day.
