- 1.In a large bowl combine the Italian Seasoning, Olive Oil, lemon juice, paprika, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper and basil
2.Stir to blend well
3.Add the shrimp to the bowl, toss to coat, cover and marinate for at least 3 hours
4.Using wooden skewers, thread 5 or 6 Shrimp on each skewer
5.Heat the grill and place the skewers on the grill
6.Cook 2 or 3 minutes per side., check for doneness before serving
Notes
How do I store the shrimp?
The shrimp should be placed into an airtight container or in a ziploc bag. The bag or container can then be placed into the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Seafood should not be expected to last any longer than that.
