Method
- First you need to bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt and the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- Cut your steak into chunks and marinate it if you want to (optional).
- Now put the meat, potatoes, onion, oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and toss.
- Make 4 large foil squares and divide the steak and potatoes between them.
- Add chopped pieces of butter on top and then fold the foil over the filling and press to seal well.
- Cook the foil packets over a hot grill or bake them in the oven at 425°F for 15 minutes or until the steak is done and the potatoes are tender.
- To get a char, open the foil and then broil for a minute or so at the end.

Variations and Substitutions:
You can use any cut of steak you want, as well as any vegetables and seasonings.
