- 1. Wash and rinse the shrimp, then set to the side2. Cook your rice as directed on the package, then set to the side3. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp Oil and then add the minced Garlic4. Saute for 1 minute5. Add the shrimp to the skillet with the peas and Carrots6. Cook for 5 minutes7. In a small bowl combine the Soy Sauce and the Sesame Oil8. Add the white rice to the skillet9. Pour the Soy Sauce mixture over the Rice and stir to blend10. Saute for 4 minutes11. Move the fried rice to the side and add in the beaten egg12. Cook until the egg is done then combine the rice and egg together13. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately!
