Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped finely
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 can 16 ounce Pork and Beans, remove the top liquid
  • 1 pack 16 ounces Franks or Hot dogs, cut in ½ inch rounds
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Prepared Yellow mustard or spicy Mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green Onions for garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 350 F

    2.In a large skillet, melt the butter and add onions. Cook until translucent.

    3.Add garlic and saute for a minute.

    4.Now add the rest of the ingredients except salt and pepper.

    5.Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.6.Garnish with green onions and parsley, and Serve hot.
