Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

this Devilled Egg Pasta  Salad is super easy to make and it is super delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs hardboiled, yolks removed after peeling and slicing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 8 ounces Macaroni cooked according to package directions
  • 1 Red Onion small and diced
  • 2 ribs of celery sliced thin
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Green Onions chopped, for Garnish

Method
 

  1. 1.Boil the macaroni according to package directions
    2.Drain, Rinse and set to the side
    3.Cut the eggs in half after peeling, remove the yolks and place in a bowl
    4.Chop the egg whites and add to the bowl with the pasta
    5.Add in the chopped onion and celery to the bowl of Pasta
    6.Mash the yolks with a fork
    7.Add in the ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sugar
    8.Stir to combine well
    9.Stir this mixture in the bowl with the pasta and toss until combined
    10.Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum to chill before serving
    11.Garnish with Chopped Green Onions
