Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages dry chicken gravy mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C water
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • ½ C sour cream

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on each individual chicken breast.
  2. Season both sides of the breast.
  3. In your crockpot add the gravy packets, cream of chicken soup, and water.
  4. Using a whisk, blend these together in the crockpot.
  5. Carefully add the coated chicken breasts to the crockpot.
  6. Cover the chicken breasts with the gravy.
  7. Place the lid on the crockpot.
  8. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  9. Shred the cooked chicken breasts in the gravy.
  10. Stir in the sour cream,

    Serve with Jasmine rice.
