- 1.In your crockpot, layer the onions on the bottom of the crock2.Place the Chicken thighs on top of the onions3.In a mixing bowl add in the Cream of Celery Soup and the Cream of Chicken Soup4.Add in 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning5.Sprinkle in the 2 tbsp chopped Parsley6.Season with Salt and Pepper7.Whisk all these ingredients together in the bowl8.Pour this mix over the Chicken thighs in the crock pot9.Add 2 cups of Chicken Broth 10.Cover the crockpot and set the temperature on high for 5 hours11.When there is 1 hour of cooking time remaining, open the lid, add the thawed mixed vegetables to the crockpot12.As you are mixing the vegetables in, shred the chicken thighs as you stir13.Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 slices lengthwise14.Layer the biscuit dough on top of the soup in the crockpotCover once again and let the biscuits cook for that hour15.Once the hour is done, stir the entire crockpot of soup, mixing the biscuits16.Serve hot and garnish with fresh chopped Parsley

Can I substitute Turkey for Chicken?
You could definitely substitute the Turkey in place of the Chicken. Both meats are poultry and will taste excellent in the Soup.
