- 1. In a mixing bowl combine the canned chicken, dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, Thyme, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper
2. Form the mixture into 6 patties
3. Heat oil in a deep sided skillet
4. Carefully place the fritter patties into the oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side
5. Flip carefully to cook the other side
6. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain
7. Serve with your favorite dip, if desired, and your favorite side dishes
