Method
- Add the olive oil, sweetener, fresh lime juice ,white wine vinegar, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add the roma tomatoes, black eyed peas, black beans, corn, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno.
- Stir well.
- Add the cilantro, stirring to mix.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve
