Cookies and Cream Rice Crispy

Ingredients
  

  • 6 C rice crispy cereal
  • 6 Tbsp light butter
  • 6 C mini marshmallows
  • 1 container mini Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Prep 9 X 13 inch baking pan with nonfat baking spray
  2. Prep a saucepan with nonfat baking spray
  3. Crush the mini Oreo cookies. Set aside.
  4. (Leave some cookies for garnish.)
  5. Add the marshmallows and butter to the saucepan.
  6. Put the saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. Once the marshmallows and butter have melted remove the pan off the stove.
  8. Stir in the rice crispy cereal.
  9. Once the cereal is completely mixed add in the crushed Oreos.
  10. Scoop the rice krispy mixture into the baking dish.
  11. Press the mixture into the baking dish. (Make sure that it is in an even
    layer.)
  12. Set aside until totally cooled.
  13. Cut into 20 squares.
    Serve.
