Method
- Prep 9 X 13 inch baking pan with nonfat baking spray
- Prep a saucepan with nonfat baking spray
- Crush the mini Oreo cookies. Set aside.
- (Leave some cookies for garnish.)
- Add the marshmallows and butter to the saucepan.
- Put the saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once the marshmallows and butter have melted remove the pan off the stove.
- Stir in the rice crispy cereal.
- Once the cereal is completely mixed add in the crushed Oreos.
- Scoop the rice krispy mixture into the baking dish.
- Press the mixture into the baking dish. (Make sure that it is in an even
layer.) - Set aside until totally cooled.
- Cut into 20 squares.
Serve.
