Chicken Club Pasta Salad

This is a salad that can easily replace the old and boring and make dinner new and exciting again.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Spiral shaped Pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
  • ¾ cup Italian Dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper chopped
  • ½ pound Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Muenster Cheese cubed

Method
 

  1. 1. Boil the pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse, Place in a bowl and set to the side
    2. Cut the cooked chicken into cubes
    3. Cut the Cheese into cubes
    4. Slice and chop the celery and green pepper
    5. Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half
    6. In a small bowl combine the Italian dressing and mayonnaise
    7. Add the crumbled bacon to the bowl with the pasta
    8. Add in the celery and green pepper, along with the chicken, tomatoes and cheese
    9. Pour the dressing mix over the top and gently stir to combine.

Notes

How long will the salad last?
You can cover the Salad tightly and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. I do not suggest freezing this salad. It is best when eaten fresh.
