1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat
2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the shrimp is no longer translucent
3. Add in the diced tomatoes, garlic and basil
4. Stir to blend in
5. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes
6. Add in the flour and stir well
7. Once the lour has been blended in add the heavy cream and stir to combine.Toss in the parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted
8. Add the Cheese Tortellini and stir to coat
9. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and chopped basil
