Cheeseburger Pizza Skillet

This recipe is going to be one of the best meals you have ever had and it will be a complete change compared to what you are accustomed to. This meal has the same flavors of your favorite Cheeseburger, right to the pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ cup Onion chopped
  • ¼ cup Tomatoes diced
  • 6 Dill Pickle Slices
  • ¼ cup Lettuce shredded
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tube ready made Pizza Dough

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375*
    2. Place the pizza Dough in the cast iron skillet
    3. Press the dough on the bottom and up the sides slightly
    4. In a large skillet on medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground beef, add the onions and season with salt and pepper
    5. Drain the grease after the meat is done frying
    6. Combine the mustard and ketchup in a small bowl
    7. Pour the mixture on the pizza crust and spread evenly
    8. Sprinkle the mixture with some of the cheese
    9. Top with the beef and onions on top
    10. Top with the remaining half of the Cheddar Cheese
    11. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes
    12. When done top with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes, and any other toppings you would like

Notes

Can I add other ingredients if I wanted to?
You could add anything that you would normally add to your cheeseburger. That could include bacon, jalapenos, mustard or even mayonnaise.
