Buffalo Chicken Party Ring Dip

Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients:
  • 2 C Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1 container 8 oz Greek Yogurt (non fat)
  • ½ C Buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 C Cheddar Cheese lite
Dough Ball Ingredients:
  • 1 container 8 oz Greek Yogurt (non fat)
  • 1 C self raising flour
  • 2 Tbsp light butter
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasonings

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prep cast iron skillet with nonfat baking spray.
Dip Directions:
  1. Add the shredded chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, and 6oz of the cheddar cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Set aside.
Dough ball Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl mix flour and yogurt together with a spoon. Continue to mix until the dough forms a ball. Take dough out of the bowl and place on a flat surface. Using your hands knead the dough a few times until it comes together. Cut the dough into 6 equal size pieces. Roll the dough into balls.
  2. Add the butter to a microwave safe bowl. Stir in the Italian seasoning. Set
    aside.
  3. Line the prepared cast iron skillet with the dough balls.
  4. Spoon the dip in the middle of the dough balls.
  5. Using a kitchen brush lightly coat the dough balls with the melted butter and
    seasoning.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Set aside to lightly cool or serve immediatley.
