Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Prep cast iron skillet with nonfat baking spray.
Dip Directions:
- Add the shredded chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, and 6oz of the cheddar cheese together in a bowl.
- Stir to mix well.
- Set aside.
Dough ball Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix flour and yogurt together with a spoon. Continue to mix until the dough forms a ball. Take dough out of the bowl and place on a flat surface. Using your hands knead the dough a few times until it comes together. Cut the dough into 6 equal size pieces. Roll the dough into balls.
- Add the butter to a microwave safe bowl. Stir in the Italian seasoning. Set
aside. - Line the prepared cast iron skillet with the dough balls.
- Spoon the dip in the middle of the dough balls.
- Using a kitchen brush lightly coat the dough balls with the melted butter and
seasoning. - Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Set aside to lightly cool or serve immediatley.
