- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 box Banana pudding mix instant and sugar free
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 ⅔ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Filling:
- 1 ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding sugar free, instant
- 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping thawed
- 2 Bananas large, sliced
Topping:
- 3 to 4 cups Cool Whip whipped topping
- Vanilla Wafers
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Whipped Cream use the Can type spray topping
1.Preheat the oven to 350*2.Grease 2 round cake pans liberally3.In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar together4.Add in the eggs and egg whites5.Add the vanilla and beat again6.Add in the flour, baking powder, pudding mix, and beat until smooth7.Add in milk and beat until smooth8.Pour the batter evenly between the two prepared pans9.Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cake is done, test with a toothpick10.Remove to a wire rack and let cakes cool completely11.In a bowl combine the pudding mix the milk and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Whip until smooth and place into the refrigerator to thicken and chill while you cool the cake completely12.Place one cake layer on a plate and level the top of the cake off13.Spread the filling mixture over the top of the layer14.Slice the bananas and place them on top of the filling mix15.Place the second layer on top of the first layer16.Cover the outside of the cake with the Cool WhipThen decorate with Spray whipped topping and decorate with the Vanilla Wafer cookies17.Drizzle the Sweetened Condensed Milk over the top of the cake as a finishing touch
