- 1. Preheat the oven to 450*
2. Cut the potatoes into strips, keeping same size
3. Place the potato strips in a large bowl
4. Add the Olive Oil, minced Garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper
5. Toss to coat the fries
6. Put the fries on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil
7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy
8. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Garlic powder immediately after removing from the oven
9. Enjoy plain or with your favorite dip
Notes
What type of potato should I use for these fries?
Russet potatoes are what I suggest. They are a sturdier potato, and will hold up better. Plus they have the best flavor of all potatoes.
