Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Prep a 9 inch square baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
- In a large bowl add the apples, dried cranberries, cornstarch, cinnamon, and
maple syrup. - Stir to mix.
- Pour the apple mixture into the baking dish.
- Using a spoon spread out the apple mixture until it is even in the baking dish.
- Add the quick cooking oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, walnuts and
pecans to a second bowl. Stir to mix together. - Sprinkle on top of the filling.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
- The top of the crumble will be a golden brown.
