Method
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Prep a cast iron skillet with nonstick baking spray.
- Add flour to a flat surface.
- Spread the flour out on the surface.
- Combine the flour and yogurt together in a medium bowl.
- Work with the flour and yogurt to make the pizza dough.
- Put the dough out on the floured surface.
- Knead the dough.
- Dump the dough ball onto the floured surface.
- Roll the dough ball out.
- Transfer the dough to the cast iron skillet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Top the pizza with the marinara sauce, cheese and diced tomatoes.
- Return to the oven.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 more minutes.
- Check to make sure that it doesn;t get too brown.
- Enjoy!
