2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients:
  • 1 C self rising flour
  • 1 C Greek Yogurt Fat free
Topping Ingredients:
  • C Marinara Sauce
  • ¼ C Lite Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C diced fresh tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prep a cast iron skillet with nonstick baking spray.
  3. Add flour to a flat surface.
  4. Spread the flour out on the surface.
  5. Combine the flour and yogurt together in a medium bowl.
  6. Work with the flour and yogurt to make the pizza dough.
  7. Put the dough out on the floured surface.
  8. Knead the dough.
  9. Dump the dough ball onto the floured surface.
  10. Roll the dough ball out.
  11. Transfer the dough to the cast iron skillet.
  12. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
  13. Remove from the oven.
  14. Top the pizza with the  marinara sauce, cheese and diced tomatoes.
  15. Return to the oven.
  16. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 more minutes.
  17. Check to make sure that it doesn;t get too brown.
  18. Enjoy!
