- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 C. Chicken broth
- 1 Can Cream of onion soup
- ½ C. Water
- 1 Box Stovetop chicken flavored stuffing
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker, and pour the chicken broth over them.
- In a bowl, mix together the soup, water and stuffing.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for 6-8 hours before serving.
