Creamy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie has never been made easier!
Welcome! Can you believe it’s already February? #FoodieExtravaganza is back for another month of food holidays. This month, Wendy, has chose Pies. I mean, who doesn’t love pie right? We’ll be sharing sweet and savory, baked and no-bake pies that are sure to fit the bill for anyone. I hope you enjoy.
I have been craving Peanut Butter Pie like something fierce lately and I’ve really just been too lazy to make one. Usually I go through the whole process of cooking the filling, but this time I decided… we’re going no-bake! They’re the easiest to whip together without compromising flavor.
I went with a simple graham cracker crust as well. If I’m making it easy, I might as well go all out, right? Yeah, that’s what I thought. 🙂
Serve it up as is or drizzle a little chocolate over it!
- 1-premade graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate Syrup or melted chocolate for drizzle
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter.
- Add the powdered sugar, mixing well.
- Spread into the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle with chocolate before serving.
