Quick and easy One Pot Garlic Pasta is the perfect side dish!
Welcome to March #FoodieExtravaganza! This month I’m the host and we’re celebrating the wacky food holiday centered around noodles! If you’re just tuning into our party… here’s a little about us. We’re a group of food loving bloggers who join together on the first Wednesday of each month to celebrate one food holiday that is during that month. Who doesn’t love food and a reason to celebrate it?!
Garlic is one of my favorite smells in the kitchen. Am I weird for thinking that? If you were to walk in the kitchen when I’m using minced garlic, you might just catch me with my nose in the jar… just saying. Don’t judge!
Pasta is also our go-to dish around here… you can mix it with anything and it pretty much goes with everything. One Pot dishes are the best because then that means I don’t have as many dishes and it’s a lot quicker! Who doesn’t love less dishes??
I was thinking of adding Parmesan… but instead I opted to leave it out. Did I miss it? Not even close. We’re talking garlic, butter, broth, milk, seasonings… that’s it! One Pot Perfection. 🙂
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces fettuccini
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- To Taste salt
- To Taste pepper
- In a pot over medium heat, melt butter and saute the garlic 1-2 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce and simmer until pasta is al dente; a total of about 15 minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
